Basic Technical Support is included at no extra cost. We have the reputation of a very responsive and outstanding Technical Support, resolving any potential issues as quickly as possible - keeping our customers informed along the way.
Onboarding & Setup: One-time fee of $750 covers everything - your OPTIC application is live within one hour or less, with complete data migration from your current safety system or Excel/CSV files included at no additional cost (training records, certificates, incident and inspection records, and attached files).
Each customer has their own secure database and file storage. The customer owns the data, in full privacy and confidentiality. Please refer to Terms and Conditions for details.
New Features and Custom Development: Executed based on an approved statement of work with a fixed hourly estimate - delivered on time and within the agreed budget. We work closely with customers throughout, sharing progress and incorporating feedback as development moves forward.
Data Bridges (FTP): Automate data movement from your HR/payroll apps or other systems to OPTIC - typically as CSV data. Contact us for a quote based on your integration needs.
Electronic Forms (Templates): Most customers build their own electronic forms from paper using our intuitive form builder - no technical skills required. Complex or high-volume conversions are handled by our team based on an approved statement of work.

Optional Add-Ons
Online Training (OPTIC LMS): Upload any training material (MP4, AVI, PDF, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) or link externally (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.). Custom quiz configurations with PASS criteria, timeouts, mandatory questions, single or multiple answers. When a quiz is PASSED, a training record with QR-code certificate is created and supervisors are notified automatically. API for retrieving training data and certificates (JSON format) available. Cost: $4.25 / active LMS user per month. Volume discounts apply. No minimum users.
LMS / Training Bridges: Sync daily training data from other LMS platforms into OPTIC via API - BIS Trainer, OSG Online, Yardstick / Rapid LMS. Additional subscription required.
OPTIC API: Create, update, or export live OPTIC records programmatically. One-time activation fee: $900.


Integration with EAGLE GPS: Employees or equipment tracked through EAGLE GPS can be linked to OPTIC records, making geolocation available in OPTIC. Visit www.eaglegps.ca (separate subscription required; linking existing records is free).
