Free Companion App Included with Every Subscription
OPTIC Mobile is a free companion to the Web application - included at no additional cost with every subscription. It uses the same login credentials as the Web application and provides access to a synchronized subset of records on the mobile device.
Documents (PDF, Word, audio, video, images, and more) can be downloaded to the device for offline viewing. Records and custom electronic forms can be created and edited without an Internet connection, then uploaded automatically or manually once connectivity is restored.
Custom forms and their updates are managed through the built-in SYNC CENTRE. The volume of data synchronized to the device is fully configurable from Settings, keeping the app fast and responsive regardless of database size.

OPTIC Mobile is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play. It is designed to work reliably in field environments, including areas with limited or no connectivity. All data entered offline is queued and synced automatically when an Internet connection is available.
The app supports the full range of OPTIC custom electronic forms - the same templates available in the Web application - making it a true field extension of the desktop platform. Access to safety documents, manuals, and multimedia resources is available at any time, online or offline.
