OPTIC goes well beyond compliance tracking. The platform is designed for real-world daily use - prioritizing speed, ease of data entry, filtered information access, outstanding action tracking, and automated report delivery by email in PDF or CSV format.
Online Training (OPTIC LMS)
The Online Training is an optional add-on (additional subscription required) that enables online training directly within OPTIC. Training materials can be uploaded in a wide range of formats (MP4, PDF, PowerPoint, Word, and more) or linked from external sources such as YouTube or Vimeo. Custom quizzes support configurable pass criteria, timeouts, mandatory questions, and single or multiple answer options. When a quiz is passed, a training record with a QR-code certificate is automatically added to the employee’s profile and supervisors are notified. A data retrieval API (JSON format) and certificate access are also available. See the PRICING section for details.

EAGLE GPS Integration
Integration with EAGLE GPS: Vehicles, equipment, and employees tracked through the EAGLE GPS platform can be linked directly to OPTIC records - making real-time geolocation data available within OPTIC. EAGLE GPS is a separate product developed and maintained by Friendly Eagle Software Inc.
